2. Viscosity testing system.

• Automatically checks constantly viscosity, fast response & accurate measuring results.

3. Elictrical /Software control system.
   • The system can operate in automactic and manual mode.
   • Auto mode flexibility, simple operation, can operate completely automatically or semi-automatically.

• Have memory process function and the batch of formulas in case of power failure.
• Ability to control batch entirely by hand in case of need.
• Control software easy to use & simple selecting formula batches or change the amout of starch in mixing.Responsive and compatible with many mixed formula,easily change sequence the formula.

4. Auto borax feeding system.
   • A stainless steel borax storage tank ( SUS 304).
   • The process of weighing and grade borax fully automatic.
5. Auto steam heating and temperature control system.
   • Automatic temperation control and control the amount of the steam usage.
6. Auto mixing tank spray washing system.
   • Automatic wash cleaning spray water supply system after the completion of batch.
   • Can set functions retained for recycling wash water for mixing glue.
7. Glue delivery system.
   • The diaphragm pump is used to distribution glue from mixing tank into stoage tank.
   • Preventive disphragm punp operation in the event of an emergency or preventing damaged.
